Blox automatically captures form submissions from your landing pages. When visitors fill out forms, their responses are stored and available for review, export, and integration with your other tools.

How form capture works

When a visitor submits a form on your landing page:
  1. Blox detects the form submission
  2. Form field values are collected and labeled
  3. Data is sent to your Blox ‘Analytics’ panel

What gets captured

For each form submission, Blox records:
  • Form name: Identified from the form’s ID, name attribute, or nearby headings
  • Field values: All visible input fields with their labels and values
  • Visitor information: Visitor ID, session ID, and variant
  • Context: Country, timestamp, and referrer

Viewing submissions

To view form submissions:
  1. Open your page in the editor
  2. Navigate to the Analytics panel
  3. Select the Forms tab
  4. Choose a form to see its submissions
Each submission shows all captured fields with their values, plus metadata like timestamp and visitor ID.

Exporting data

Export your form submissions as CSV:
  1. Open the form submissions view
  2. Click Export
  3. Download the CSV file
The export includes all fields and metadata for the selected submissions.

Deleting submissions

To remove individual submissions:
  1. Locate the submission in the list
  2. Click the delete button
  3. Confirm the deletion
Deleted submissions are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Form submission goals

You can create conversion goals based on form submissions:
  1. Go to your brand’s goal settings
  2. Create a new behavioral goal
  3. Select “Form submission” as the event type
  4. Use this goal in experiments to measure form conversion rates
This connects form submissions to your A/B testing and analytics.
